CAS3+ 61.35-9287535-01 E92 dead after added new key. Help

I did read eeprom with Smok Jtag, added new remote key on position3 with abrites tag tool, writed back the dump and the car is dead.
Can someone please help me to repair this?
There was a good working remote key. After I read also the flash.

Original Abrites? It is supposed to be able to handle it.

why don't you try and write the original file back in, and check if CAS is still dead.

Till now i did managed to make another cas3+ module to work with the eeprom from original one.
Flash file and eeprom from donor (considered damaged on a 120D) 405525
I did use before abrites on a couple of times and after downgrading the CAS for making keys (lost situation) the entire car end up dead.
So, this time I was thinking to go eeprom-mode. ;)
Right now I'm having troubles to sync EVL.

Have you checked all the points you soldered for any bridges?
I had this problem once and it was just a tiny bit of solder that had connected 2 resistors.

i dont think AVDI is your problem you have buck up fles just write them back,if not work you damage your cas3.

I will check one more time. Usually I do double check after desoldering the wires.
Basically now, I need to find out what version of cas I have to write with abrties, that has evl instructions on it.
I got this problem before, I had to write like 6-7 versions till I got one that worked.
I'm crying now not getting the autohex when I had the opportunity.

But he used SMOK JTAG..........and now no OBD tool can help him......he need good working CAS before he can use AVDI,Autohex or Explorer......

If you know the features of Autohex, you can create the CAS for this car by using any second hand CAS, or by this cas itself after you write any eeprom dump.
Besides if he has Autohex II, he will not need a dump tool.

I am aware, but he could use any OBD tool and finish this job, but he used SMOK ......

Right now I have the car started and running except that the EVL dose not exist anymore.
The steering wheel is locked. I tried all the software upgrades/downgrade files available on abrites bmw online commander. None of these are finishing because of signature invalid now.
Btw, the cas is not sync with dme, error incorrect status. no idea what is going on.

Unfortunately I don't have Autohex and also don't know anybody in East London or Essex with it not to mention available now.
Still waiting maybe somebody see the tread and post a flash file.

Align the CAS+ELV

ELV and CAS cannot be sync, always I get the same.
I did use abrites commander offline and online software.
What I did read is that might not be the version of flash with ELV.
if you can help sync somehow please let me know.

Fyi didn't tell that car is cranking but doesn't start...so this alignment won't help...
So, for start diagnosis is necessary...
Also i think here should be some members who will check files and maybe find a solution...

Let me brief:
Customer/friend had E92 2012 320D with working remote key, wants a spare remote.
Went there and checking with abrites bmw online asked to downgrade the cas. Afraid of the troubles in the past to do downgrade i decided to do eeprom on cas3+.
I have read eeprom with smok jtag and with abrites added one new remote key (with abrites tag tool) generated new dump, written to cas module and car is dead. no connection to cas anymore.
Selecting bmw Z4 E series i can see some of the modules but not cas.
Tried to write different two flash files, one found here on the forum and seccond one on mhhauto. None of them revive the cas.
One good locksmith friend gave me a cas module from a 120d (2010) that was damaged with abrites bmw online on a lost key situation.
At a first, when I connected just as it was to the car, the cas module, I got connection by obd, obviously no starting or else.
Updated CAS then downgraded, added new key, not working.
Anyway, i write on it only the eeprom from original and the car starts imediatly but EVL locked.
Not available on diagnostics. Module dose not exist.
So, searching i found out that there are different flash files with EVL options or not.
In the end I written the flash from donor with eeprom from original to the original CAS.
Car still starts but ELV dose not work.
I tried to downgrade/upgrade the cas with abrites online (i-level) again and again, all versions except the one that is already on it cannot be installed (certificate failure).
Now, if I cant find another one working so I can get a flash file I have to check with the dealer to buy one already coded by the chassis.

I think Winkfp will solve your problem . Try to program your CAS with correct ZUSB nr.

You caused the problem by writing the dump back. You should never do that with ISTA-P45

Post #26 he says that he wrote the dump back after adding key.

And it's not wrong info. Avdi and vvdi2 clearly state not to write back ISTA-P45 dumps.
