Chevy Cruze Dashboard Virgin Dump Needed

Hey guys
I need a virgin dump for eeprom 24c16 for Chevy Cruze dashboard or tell me how to make my dump virgin coz I wanna solve issue of dashes that appear instead of mileage.

I already have several dumps and I can change km np but when dashes appear nothing I do fixes that so I believe it just needs a virgin dump .. I tried everything but nothing works and I had this problem several times . Really disappointed

first of all why you change mileage in dash?....mileage is stored in bcu
