Corsa C replace ecu, what am i doing wrong.

I have a Corsa c with ME 1.5.5, ori ecu is dead/burned no comm possible.
Bought second hand ecu, made virgine with carprog, placed in car (first thing i noticed is that fan direct starts turning like crazy.

I took my opcom go into immo put pin code and tell car ecu is replaced, programming succesfull.

But light Still flashing and car Dont start, i replaced ecus in the past and i always worked like this, But now its not accepted.
Should i go into Some other modules, what am i doing wrong.

One dtc (something like ecu not responding).
What is the difference between making ecu virgine and the making ecu virgine brute force (in carprog menu)

i remove ecu again i can see vin and pin in new ecu are correct, same like i ori from car.

Should i make bcm and dash reset and program all 3 again?

Thank you i did same like manual states, but no starter, i think new ecu is not good as the fan keeps blowing with ignition on.
tommorow i do some testing and i keep you up to date.

Do you have a good ground on the engine control unit?

Had same situation.
1 fiiod pin nr
2 reset immo and ecu
3 program immo and ecu function
4 program key
5 reset dash and program again
6 reset bcm and program again

Should work perfectly

use TECH2 without any problem, opcom has bugs for CorsaC

1 reset ecu with own pin
2 reset immo with pin from immo
3 erase key
4 reset bcm with pin from immo
5 reset dash with pin from immo
6 go to immo and chose immo and ecu change
7 go to dash and program
8 go to bcm and program
9 go to immo and program key

Maybe ecu is not compatible for that car

OP COM, there are no errors corsa c, unless the people can not handle it

if donor ECU is from astra you will need to reflash it with tech2 or simular because astra and corsa have different comunications wiht ECU...

Hmmmm this might be the problem, is there a way to check this.
Customer ordered a set (key,immobox and ecu).
But key is not a Corsa key, tommorow i Will Google Numbers to see what ecu they send.

check the ecu software numbers.... or just if you still know the second hand ecu original VIN number ... from it you will know what car it was.

Fans just sounds that software is not for corsa.

Corsa C also have 1.0 and 1.2 engine with same ecu ME1.5.5

Stupid is is not made a backup from vin in ecu,So i that option is wasted, But Could i write flash from a Corsa or is the eep structure also different.

It's not a problem with eeprom.... but the easiest it to do it with SPS, so for shure you will get the correct software for your VIN.

not to revealing your car VIN, send it to PM (with your location, and engine code [like Z12XE], and I can tell you the correct software.

Guy's a little update, first ecu was bad (1,2 instead of a 1.0), put other ecu and make virgine Could adapt it to immo and only 1 error active (p1616 comm with dash [emoji15]) So car starts for one second.
I cant connect good to dash, it connects and disconnects So cant reprogram dash.
Already checked connector in back of dash, is it possible that eep is bad and can i use eep from a other car.

Is someone known with this error, i see people with same error after replacing ecu But no one Posts How they solve the problem.

No i Did not, i ordered other dash, i Will test with new dash.

I was able tot read pin from dash, But cant do correction.
Cant reset dash [emoji20].

OK Guy's just finished the job, my op com was not connecting to dash due to interface fw 1.59 after downgrade to 1.39 all ok.

Good for you my friend i can only speak about my experience and this worked for me, i read a lot of posts and i see a lot people having problems with opcom and corsa c.
for mw it always worked but a year a go i upgrade fw with newer opcom version, after that it never worked on corsa c (maybe because i use 2010 version).

for those who might need it i upload prog and inside folder there is a folder with different fw.
use it @ your own risk, good luck.
