Toyota Land Cruiser 1HD-FTE Key programming

Hi members

Need to make a new key car doesn't start Land Cruiser HDJ100 (DTC B2799 present)
I have tried to ad new key 4c to the immobox 89780-60100,try to synchronise 30 minutes with jump on OBD pin-4 to pin-13 without not succeed !!
I note that someone before has try to read EEPROM on ecu 89661-60750 has marks to be soldering don't now if his corrupt

Does anyone have both files ok?

Don't touch to ECU

Write back your Original 93C66 to immobox and read as 16bits.

Read your 4C tiris data and post. See picture tiris data need to adding key

hi m8 it seems u know a lot about toyota immo maybe u can help me here plz
i have a quantum it scans as a hilux 2.5 Diesel turbo 2kd engine . i have tried a lot of files for immo off but no luck on the key is a G i dont know if it makes a difrance but last file i got was virgin , load it and only have injector error so coded injectors firts start it fires up and dies then i have b2799 error immo box is unpluged
immo eror only apears after first start and stay there
ECU number 89661-26B30
number on pc board 175822-666#

No luck!!!! the light still flashing ,after pin4 with pin13 and 32 minutes connected !!!!

4C transponder no need sync by 4 + 13. That is for 4D chip.
CHeck transponder coil around ingnition lock, wiring, fuse.
