Volvo VIDA 2014D dice code: 10 error

Hi all!

I've managed to install Vida 2014D on my laptop, but windows 7's device manager won't recognize the dice tool properly. I get a code 10 error (device can't be initialized or something). Is there any solutions for this? I tried installing the dice driver from vida 2013, 2012, 2011, but always get a code 10. I'm out of ideas :(

I solved it: installed Vida 2012A on XP instead, and it seems to work now. But Vida says the firmware on my dice is outdated, I suspected that might be the cause of the code 10, didn't dare to update it yet to confirm though (it's a clone).
The only question remaining is that how are you supposed to update your dice if windows refuses to work with it at all if you only have the vida 2014 dvd?! :banghead::banghead::banghead:
Anyway I guess my problem is solved for now.
