FVDI reflash for FULL FVDI 4.1

please i need the boot file to reflash my pcb v4-1
bcoz my my device is dead. giving me this msg
the device has been deactivated.
i found her firmware LPC1788.bin but when i reflash it using flash magic
using .hex extension it give me this message

The hex file is invalid. Please select a valid hex file and try again.

when i use .bin extension it give me this message

---------------------------
Operation Failed. Nothing to program. Is the hex file inside the device memory range?

can anyone help me with right steps&boot file or dump to solve my device please.
any kind of help will be appreciated.

You need comvert your bin file to hex format, not just change file extension. ;)

Then flashmagic will allow you to burn it into lpc chip.

i did comverted to hex and burn it successfully. but the firmware is not compatible with my device.
so i need fw generator to creat my fw&db files.and i looked up for fw generator everywhere but nobody wanna help.
i found one here but missing see attached.
if any one can send me the fw generator.i will be really appreciated.
