I attached the bad dump file

Any scanner that has functions can be repaired...
Funtion>>> directional / longitudinal angle module
Reset modul ( 5 min)
make adjustment> angle in zeros
program then ... the scanner will give you some conditions that you must do, then you will have a face of satisfaction

I recorded his bin file on the eeprom and connected the sensor, immediately upon contacting the EPS and SIP lights came on, I connected the techstream and the sensor angle was -3072 degrees, I did it several times and always gave the same error, I attach the techstream screen.

I was able to erase EEPROM with New ecu 0k010 24CS02A virgin file and show 0 degree and erase DTC errors and did the zero point calibration procedure, after this the EPS and SLIP light went off, but when I moved the steering wheel again the EPS and SLIP lights up, I move the steering wheel to the center, I turn off the car and when I turn on the lights of EPS and SLIP are off, I turn the steering wheel and again turn on the lights of EPS and SLIP, could someone tell me what may be happening ???

I attached all files

"4runner file EPS+SLIP On -3072 degree" is bin file after record your bin file and connected (EPS and SLIP light on) a DTC error is C1433
"Capture TechStream - EPS+SLIP On -3072 degree" is print screen from TechStream with your bin file recorded
"New ecu 0k010 24CS02A virgin" is bin file from new sensor I downloaded from other post
"Capture TechStream - EPS+SLIP Off 0 degree" is print screen from TechStream with virgin file recorded
"4runner file EPS+SLIP Off 0 degree" is bin file after record virgin file and connected (EPS and SLIP light off) but if move the wheel EPS and SLIP lights on

I did with the attachment file, the EPS light goes off but when i move to right or left the steering wheel the EPS and SLIP light turns on again, the error code DTC is C1433, is it possible that the SAS may be broken?
