Open Radio, desolder eeprom, put it in the eeprom programmator, and read it.
Bin file that you read it, post here and get your code.

That is if you can, or not take someone who knows decode radios.

okey i opened the radio and eepromt is 24c01,i downloaded ponyprog. and then what? what i must to then? in that ponyprog how i can download that bin file? must i conect my radio to computer?

You have to buy or build ponyprog programmer, remove chip from radio, connect to programmer and read bin from chip, then you can upload bin here , so someone to help you ith right code.
Can you radio accept codes or now it is blocked?
