I think there are no chips to be replaced, it is different firmware flashed inside the chips.

yep, can be a specific dealer thing to reflow 2 chips and just reflash.
Atleast there are no resoldering on my Open serial PCB (serial thing is not working).
Also now MY dealer confirms that they forgot to do something before shipment..

Did not try emulator, i am sick and tired at diagun at moment + working to mutch.
= not much time to play around.
Thats why i did buy new PCB.

Thanks I have been reading through threads that diagun may not be able to read sd card bigger than 2gb the smallest I could buy anywhere is 4gb I have tried everywhere possible again this evening to find smaller than 4gb but because of low demand for 1 or 2 gb nowhere stocks this. The 4gb is brand new & works ok on pc but not on diagun so maybe I will need to try a few other suppliers. Thanks for all your time I will let you know the outcome! :stupido:

Yes it works mate in all systems.
How to yuse it? It is very easy to use it. If you know to use VCDS or VAS PC then this will very easy for you to use the Diagun or any Launch tool in VAG car softwear

Anyone have pin out for Diagun 2 PDA connector plug? I have found the 20 pin Samsung plug and would like to make a charging and data cable like the use to be
I hate the fact the USB cable doesn't charge the PDA
I know the most outer are + - etc but what about the 2 data wires? Any help to work it out would be great
I'm happy to share the bits I found etc they where super cheap
Connector was $0.15 and I know I paid double an average amount seeing I didn't buy the bag of 600! I got micro USB 1 meter cable which I can easy remove the micro USB plug and then replace with Samsung plug for same amount.
So it makes it about a $0.30 cable to charge and data transfer.

Mate when this message appear " Contact your local dealer" this means that the softwear license it is not for your serial ( S/N )
It is not a car connection issue or it dosen't depend of what car do you try to connect.

Very easy to find the real S/N
When you try to connect to a car then on screen it will show the S/N for few seconds ( 3 seconds )
Keep this S/N in your minds and then check the updates using Google.
If you cannot find the updates for your S/N using google then you have to buy updates.

\No it is not normal but maybe something it is happend with the Porche softwear or it the serial change was made bad. Who knows?
The only thing you ca do it is to find youyr real S/N doing as I told you and then maybe you have luck and you'll have the right Porche softwear for your machine.

The Diagun softwear for IVECo is in fact the power plant chinese Iveco but I tested in European cars and it works. It is cover ENgjine ECU and ABS only
This softwear aas all the Luanch softwears it depends by the S/N and language and version. So with other words you'll cannot use it if you don't know how to change the S/N in softwear.

I will ad a TSV diode (double sided) to protect overall smartbox from transient spikes if generator fails or ignition missfire events happen.
Single just protects from + side.
Double protects from spikes both in + and - rail.
Looks good just after L1.

Dident continue to try fix this smartbox, its back in box with spareparts.

summary.
Replaced: SP3232, SN7402, Swapped L1-L2, Quartz XT1.
Voltages are fine 3.3v, 5v, 12v. (dident check at ALL points).

Errormessage: "Please check the connection..........."

No, I meant on pocket pc = pda. On PC yes, on Diagun yes, but on my X51V I cant get the software running. Only install with Launch Installer on SD-Card doesnt work. I think there are missing some files and registry values. The printer pack .cab is installable on pda, so I think I have the right hardware. I dont have diagun in my hand to make some tests. I tried to extract the nk.bin of diagun, uploaded by sergej, but without success.

Yes, I already read the whole threat twice, but diagun and his mini2440 are working with windows ce. My PDA with windows mobile 5. There are some differences. With one more dll I have the application running with still errors. One more problem is the screen resolution and the task bar on the top of wm5. Bluetooth I did'nt test, because I'm still waiting for my diagun set from china. All around I'm still working on...

Hi, I need a good working flash bin for X431 DIAGUN III. I removed the flash k9f1g08u0d from my diagun iii and used Miha99 full flash image from his post here in to my diagun iii and when i try tu turn it on it doesnt work, then i reprogram it with the original flash bin that it had and it turn on. i try it with two diagun iii.

I bough a nand programmer to resolve my problem with Miha99 full flash bin post but it seems to be damage somehow and my problem is that my original diagun (bin) stay frozen in the boot screen, and the second one a friend let me use it to take the image from his flash and another friend of mine damage it by placing it in the wrong position in the nand programmer. now I have two useless scanner to fix. please help. Thank!

I have a problem with the diagun smartBox. I tried to scan a mercedes sprinter with 14 pin adapter, but when I plugged the adapter into OBD, the car connector was not fixed and rotated while trying to connect.
They have heard many simultaneous connections relays. Currently smartBox is running ok only K-Line, the CAN does not. Please help me try to repair the CAN.

I'm not very sure but as I remember the the dump for this memory was shared here
Maybe someone else who is active in the forum can help you to give you a link
If you thought that you can only buy the memory and solder it as it is then its wrong
That momery contain the rom ( windows mobile 5.0 ) and because its defectiv or not flashed then the Diagun do not boot up

yes i have change it without doing any flash .. diagun does not boot up anymore...
so i will apreciate any help if some one can tell me the step tp dp the flash with j-tag or other tool
