18th August, 2009 at 07:23 PM | yep this 1.5 is the latest version, you need the gtrom loader at the bottom of the downloads section in here, last page last link 
after that you download this image and run the loader and browse to this file and hit the download button to put it on your *view, you also need a null modem (serial) cable to do this.
also double check your box for genuine/clone and use the image accordingly
