Add this wad to the wad folder and install it with Multi-Mod Manager v13.4.

What you really need to do is download sysCheck19 and add it to your SD card and run it from Homebrew. Thats will make a sysCheck.csv on the root of the SD card. You downloaded ModMii6.2.6 and run it from Windows. You use the SU option along with the location of sysCheck.csv that will make all files that are needed to update your IOS's in COPY_TO_SD folder just add all these to the SD card and install IOS236 Installer from Homebrew first. Then goto Multi-Mod Manager and install the other wads.
