box keeps freezing

got a pace 2000 and it keeps juttering/freezing.its doing it without a card and sometimes i get "sorry this channel is unavailable" message then the picture pops back up.
the signal is fine and tried with a booster on but still the same.

anyone any idea's ?

what area you in mate the reason i ask is i can speak for ex tw they have been updating systems all over this last couple of weeks what has made even the real boxes have issues and freeze and pixelate and loose channels also tv on demand went

na its not that m8 , ,everythings fine here all been done around here. its just this particular box.its my brothers and he's had the problem at he's place hence ive been lumbered with it .

if its legitimate cc equipment, then call virgin mate.
if its hacked cc equipment then we cant talk about it on here mate

the box a cancelled subscription box.i informed CC and they said keep it so the box is now mine.i used it for the FTA and it freezes.
