Yep mine went down last night re scanned no channels but for a few... None of interest ..Just a case of waiting now to se if there's a fix or whether it's the end for your box type..

Ours just went off 5 mins ago, done factory reset and scanned from scratch. All channels found but just getting "invalid data". Must be maintenance of some kind.

Just seen this on another forum this could be the reason for losing channels.

Media Boy EXCLUSIVE: Virgin to update EPG in LUTON, NOTTINGHAM and LEICESTER this week.

-In the early hours of Tuesday the 9th Feb Virgin will be making some changes to the network in the Luton Region.

-In the early hours of Wednesday the 10th Feb Virgin will be making some changes to the network in the Nottingham Region.

-In the early hours of Thursday the 11th Feb Virgin will be making some changes to the network in the Leicester Region.

*Customers within these areas may see some impact but, due to the time that the work is being carried out, most customers will be unaware that anything has changed.

Luton channel BBC1 Anglia will as a result of this change now display it"s correct name of BBC1 Cambridge.

Nottingham existing channel BBC1 North will now display as BBC1 Yorks & Lincs

All 3 regions will have access to BBC Radio London 94.9 and BBC Radio 4 LW after the upgrade.
