hello are ntl upgrading the set top boxes in ireland i heard they are spending 40 million euro or is that on they cable routes?

just found out they are changing to nagra 2 sometime in september for ireland thats while no codes have been changed for over a month now england has stop code changes so i say they will be next. you may ask why wont they change to nagra 3 this is because there boxes will not take nagra 3

there have been talks about changes to N2 for ages.. but nothing happens.. i'll wait and see.

Hopefully my Dm600 will be able to manage N2 if it is ever implimented

It will handle n2 no hassle just a matter for them to crack nagra2. Nagra2 has been opened for numerous satellite providers so unless they are changing to a brand new revision of nagra2 cards I cannot see it lasting very long
