what is a gamma card? wer can i get a gamma card from?

you take your chance, but to buy nova it would cost around £800 a year.The card may last 2years 2months 2days 2hours it will also open showtime but you will need a very big dish for that

hi benny i know that is a risk so i will need a g card n also a progammer? i dnt hav a pc? wuld a lap top do?

you can use a laptop no problem but i have never programed a gamma card with vista only xp but i ve not had a gamma card since i switched to vista

You need a programmer [cas 2+ or cas 3+] it will program with a laptop using vista..
but out of the two [diablo cam or gamma card]..In my opinion the diablo is the best way to go.if the card goes tit's up [and they usually do] all you've got is another ice scraper..if you get the diablo there is alway's something to watch..

diablo cam will that work on a tm5400ci? how much shuld it cost? what kinda channels does that open?

your taking a risk m8 buying a diablo at the moment!!
we have just lost digitalb cos they changed to cas7,and canal nordic which is open at the moment is doing the same anytime now!!...that leaves us with digi tv who are changing from n2 to n3 in a month or 2.....so 2 months time diablo wont open much apart from a couple of porn chanels....
if you have a tm rec then just patch it 4 digi tv and it will cost u nothing...and wait and see what happens with the diablo in the next thiew months...
