programming funcards with just flash file

I keep getting error or aborted message with cas 3 interface card ...

    Default programming funcards with just flash file

    I keep getting error or aborted message with
    cas 3 interface card writer when writing with just the flash file.
    Is there anything else to do other than just use the flash file?
    I have seen some funcard files before with external and internal boxes.
    Could you please help or advice me a little.
