sky remote programming

I'm trying to program a mates remote so that it operates his tv off the sky remote, i know it can be done as i have done this before when i had sky, was so long ago that i have forgot how to do it. Anyone in possesion of any instructions for pace sky box? in the back of the book it also states code that needs to be entered into remote for tv to make it all possible, the tv is a bush, any info that can be given would be welcome.

On the Sky box... press INTERACTIVE then Sky Customer services then setup remote.... all the TV codes and instructions are in there
