From the email they sent it looks like your contract starts when you insert the viewing card, so we could wait until nag3 hits then start the year from then!

you could try putting in your address as flat 1 at your address and then have her cancel, the engineer won't care and the postman will still deliver to your house, worth a try?

Yes it's 12 mth contract, get in quick m8 the last one got cancelled after 1 day
