iphone 3gs boot rom

Can anyone tell me if ican still downgrage frm 3.1.3 to 3.1.2 with the latest boot rom which is 359.3.2.

did you save the SHSH files in cydia ??

im not sure the phone was previously jailbroken an then it got updated to 3.1.3 then i lost cydia.
How do you save the SHSH file in cydia when it is jailbroken i would of thought it would of saved automaticly when it gets jailbroke.
