AirPlayer iOS & Andrroid streaming

AirPlayer Enigma2 plugin which is a share of Apple's AirPlay protocol implemented.
AirPlay enables images, videos and audio to wireless to send a / iPhone / iPod touch to your set top box Enigma2.

This makes it possible for example in the youtube app on an iPhone or iPad out to select a video and let this play about a box.

Or send your pictures to your box example and to visualize them directly on the TV.

Even under Android, Apple's doubleTwist airplay Protocol on apps such as are used with AirSync.

This plugin is still very young, and certainly not fully developed.
But we are certainly willing to do all our best to improve this plugin.

As some of you may know I am from the scene and I can not duckbox to this Dreambox Dreambox hardware test. These must then serve a sh4 my Reciever.

DonDavici has already incorporated into the project and tinkered a GUI through which we can now set the name. He will certainly be happy to test on the Dreambox!

Notes:
- I have changed in version 0.1.3 the option for the interface. Possibly need for installation of 0.1.3 in the settings once the device entry for the LAN / WLAN to be changed and saved

- The plugin is available for MIPSEL and SH4! Please download the correct version on the eighth!

- Some encrypted data transfer and can not be reproduced. This includes, unfortunately, AirPlay Mirroring

- Buffer Control: When starting a video, the video should automatically jump to pause until the buffer is filled about 90%, then automatically starts playing. The buffer falls below 3% filling status is again paused and waited until the buffer has been filled again about 90%. The whole can be made by the remote control box can be overridden

anyone got enigma2-plugin-extensions-airplayer_0.1.6a_mipsel.rar to install using putty ?

its ok enigma2-plugin-extensions-airplayer_0.1.6_mipsel.ipk installed . havnt had chance to play yet wife watching some crap

shit its giving me green screen and crashing my box , anyone know how to remove plugin ? from telenet or putty




cleared it had to deleted the airplayer in ftp ,, will leave this still someone else gets it working

Well after i loaded this up the first time it did not do what i was expecting, the only thing that worked was pictures from iphone to dreambox.

The issue was when i switched to watch any video on the phone i was getting the sound on the tv but the picture was scrambled ? i tried a lot of tinkering in the Airplayer settings to no avail, video sources were from you tube, safari, videos as stated it only played the sound, and there was no iphone music getting through but i hear theres a bug with that.

After a non eventful night i thought to try again the next day...

This time i tried all version and they all came up with the same result, i knew there was an issue with my video settings and after checking my phone settings and the dreambox settings i notice my box was set to 720, i switched it to 1080p and tried a video in safari and ping...... all is going smooth.

you tube, videos, safari videos, pictures are all working sending info from my iphone to the dreambox through the Airplayer plugin wirelessly....It was a long test but Happy days and another toy to play with.

Using Airplayer 1.6a on dreambox 800hd...
(FTP to temp folder and use you box settings to install manually, i have been told that on some images you can find airplayer in your plug ins add on ?

Once you set up the plug in enable start services in the settings, choose your video / picture on your iphone and you should see a icon on the bottom right on your phone, choose option enigma2 and connect...job done....

I try the default plugin and dreambox is restarting when start service. If try to upgrade, after rebooting the box, plugin is no more in the list but Iphone can see there is an AirPlay service active but doese nothing.
Any advice?

I would reload the plugin again then activate the plugin in the settings and try again, as stated its working fine on my box / iphone and i cant wait until the Mountain Lion for the macbook pro is released as they state that wiil have the airplay software built into that 0x image to send to an apple tv / airplay devise.
