Restoring apps from iTunes. PLZ Help.

I did a back-up of my apps (installous apps) on iTunes.
Then i restored my iphone 4 (5.1.1fw)
I can see all the apps in itunes but cant get them back on phone..

Easy fix would be just to buy your apps legitimately from the AppStore....failing that you need to jailbreak again and install AppSync from Cydia

I worked it out.. So for anyone else i used i-funbox, it works really good.

Just click & drop apps from itunes to the ifunbox installous folder, then install from installous app on phone.
