iff its sticking it means u will need a new one more than likly mate but till then iff there is a game stuck in there u will need to take the 360 apart and take the drive from it open the screws at the bottom and push the manual release bar

You would need the drive key out of the "stuck" dvd drive and you would need to "spoof" the other drive with this.

That would then allow you to put it in to the console which originally had the "stuck" drive and play the game.

You can't. You need to do the following:

    1) Extract the drive key from both drives
    2) Take the "working" drive.
    3) Find the relevant firmware for that drive (Sam/Hit/Ben/Lit)
    4) Inject the key from the "stuck" drive in to the relevant firmware
    5) Spoof "working" drive as whatever other drive is using relevant firmware
    6) Plug in and off you go.

I wouldn't suggest trying it without doing a large amount of reading in to flashing / drive spoofing.

If you've never flashed a console before it might be easier to pay someone else to do it for you, at least then your not going to end up with two dead drives.

He's just said how would he do it without flashing the drive, there is no way to do it without flashing a different firmware on to the drive and spoofing the drive as whatever the other one is.

Well look in to drive spoofing, if you have the tool to flash you Benq drive then you should be able to spoof the drive with a bit of reading.

Well if it's a Sam / Benq / Hit drive which you are spoofing to then you can just inject the key in to the original firmware and that will mean you can't play back-ups just original discs.

Or; you can wait for the new iXtreme LT to come out in a few weeks and do it then; that way you will know you'll be safer and less likely to get banned.

What drive is the "stuck" one?
And what type of drive is the working one?

    What version Hitachi?

Is there any power going to the Sam drive? Can you hear the disc inside it spinning up when you connect it?

If your using your 360 to power it do the lights blink when you try and eject it?

If your using a connectivity kit you should be able to hear if the drive powers up.
