you need the logic board then you can get any other drive

If its anything like the 360 used to be,m your ****ed. Simple answer would be contact seller see if he has the PCB from original drive. Then you could buy a replacement and swap the PCB.

They will be locked to eah console's motherboard so they cant be 'interchangable' Bare in mind tho, once u bought replacement drive ect then prob be cheaper go buy a new console and with less messing about.

Your only hope at this point would be some kind of jtag hack
