Default playing back up games PAL

Can someone please just confirm what i think is correct.

V3.2E running homebrew, freefall and gamma back up loader.

After D/L a game, aslong as its PAL is it ok to accept the upgrade that may pop up in the loading?

Also keeping the Wii connected to the internet? should i disconnect or can i leave it connected and play online?

Cheers

Install Wiigator m8, install starfall, you just run everything through wiigator, starfall stops the wii from updating ok, you wont get the message asking to update firmware, play PAL or NTSC games.
