no signal

hi, a bit of info needed,.when i turn on s10 all ok,
then gradually audio starts to break up but picture
ok ,then picture starts to freeze and glitching .then
you cannot use the remote or manually change
channels,then no signal,
have checked with server all
ok there and checked all connections,box is approx
9 months old ,this happens on all channels and freeview

put another new software on your S10 openbox
Also consider new and load channel list it
do you have in your network are also dhcp

If its messing up on the freewviews as well then mostly its not the server or internet connection issue. probably a software prob and hopefully not a hardware one..!!

yes my supplier says it may need s/w update,
at the mo its gone back to all ok
