Movies4men not working and other questions....

hi guys,

thanks to my friend dell_xps, I got setup about a month ago with my vu duo. All is working fine, except:-

1. movies4men channels are not working
2. I want to know how to easily setup/adjust the bouquets or channels list...do I need software or should i do it through the box?

I wish dell was around as he has been extremely helpful, but he's pretty hard to get hold of, so I'm hoping someone can help me.

movies for men and movies for men 2+1 have finally bit the dust and been replaced with Sony Movies and Sony Movies +1

1. How do i scan?
2. Will i lose my existing bouquets?
3. How can i edit bouquets, so that i can change the order or category of the channels?
