hi - just got a dm500c after having a dbox2 for a bit. just trying to learn a bit more about them so i will try not to ask too many dumb@ss newbie qns!!

thanks! got the thing up and running now - but some of the freeview channels have an exclamation mark next to them. they work for a bit then stop working - i guess i should be posting this as a question in another part of the site?

Welcome to the site. The exclamation mark usually means new channels found in the last scan

thanks Neil - i'll do another scan and see if that gets rid of it. and i'll investigate the forum a bit more to see if i can find out why the new channels don't keep their signal properly...
