Eurovox EX5100

Hello everyone I am a newbie. I have bought a Eurovox EX5100 PVR and have bought a USB to serial converter to connect with my laptop and I am now wanting to download the firmware, however I cannot find any firmware to download, can anyone recommend me a site.

Hi kwilson16, welcome to DK... All you need for your bos is here on Digital kaos... You just need to take your time and have a read then it will all start to make sense.. Start by reading in this section >>>>> Eurovox

hi i was wondering if anyone could help me
i have the eurovox ex5100, recently bought but i have all the channels scrammbled.
i was wondering what i can do because when i try to input the codes (menu- language settings- 19681968) nonthing happens

any help will be much apruciated

you will need to flash the box with the latest firmware,at the momemt with the cable section being unavailble you can try and download here http://www.digital-kaos.co.uk/forums..._16-01-09-527/ if not you will be able to get it from the chatterbox tool bar.
you will need firefox browser installed then google it and install then you will find the firmware in files and fixes.

irathomas, you do not have permission to access this page. This could be due to one of several reasons:

1. Your user account may not have sufficient privileges to access this page. Are you trying to edit someone else's post, access administrative features or some other privileged system?
