EX7000HD Manual

Hi I'm new to the website, dunno how to use it and need some help!
I've just bought the Eurovox EX7000HD but didn't come with a control and need to know how to pair it with the box. It has the channels on it but some aren't too clear and might need an update.

Thanks in advance for any help. And apologies if I need to post this in a different place, please tell me where I should do it!!!!!!

Also if anyone could point me in the direction to download the instruction manual it would be appreciated!
