Introduction to the forum for compliance

as it is made compulsion to post something for the very first time on forum you log-in, so the very first thing can be introduction to the people already on the forum and to find the people for assistance.
as a newbie it is difficult to find something which you dont find but you want to, so you have to search and find that you want,
