New to forums? How to make your first post and a couple of other helpful tips

Dont worry we were all new once!! Its simple when you know how. This guide should help you get started.

you are required to make your first post here---> http://www.digital-kaos.co.uk/forums/f2/ until you have done so you cant post in the other forums.


How to navigate around the forum:-

click the forum button then scroll down and you will see the various sections e.g cable, satellite, general, software, garage etc.

If you need to learn anything else about the forum just go to the Digital Kaos - FAQ section or ask someone in the shoutbox. The shoutbox can be found at the realtime posts page. Please do not ask digital box related questions in the shoutbox. If you want to find out something to do with a digital box, you will find information in the various forums. You can use the search button to search for specific topics or you can start a new post. The shoutbox is for general chit-chat only.
When you are finished on the forum select the "log out" button.

Stickies

There are stickies in red at the top of the different forum sections. These contain useful or important information.

Ok guys n gals that's it your almost a forum expert now, so get out there and have some fun!!!

Please note the forum can take up to 20 mins, to update after your first post. You cannot download items until the server has updated your details!

If you wish to say thanks for info that is useful, please click the 'Thanks' button located bottom left of the post you found useful... Please do not reply to a post just to say thanks etc as this fills up the forum with unneccessary posts, makes it untidy and info harder to find, such posts will be deleted. ( clicking the thanks button means more to a poster than a thanks post ) If thank you posts are found to be clogging up a thread then they will be deleted.
