Default Fon Fon.com

I have done a search on here, but found nothing. Does anyone on here use Fon? Fon.com for roaming wifi?
I understand that it can be accessed all over the world, but I am curious to the effectiveness of it.
Anyone have any opinions on it?

the amount of spots world wide looks good problem is once you sign up you may have to buy one of their routers to make work, cost about 40 quid.

Yeah not as many users as I thought. Although the map on fon.com shows loads about. Just thought it would be a handy thing to have, especially when travelling abroad, and wanting to book a room, or review it etc.
another bump btw.
