got sound but no picture ???

hi guys kinda new to this so if u dont understand i get it

so.... got a dm800se with the dream-elite img vr 3 i think ? everything was running for about 7 months fine untill 2 days ago when i tryed to reset the box i was crashing so i thought i would reflash the img. now my sly uk,it,de all work fine but when i put it to 16e and got to sport 1 i just get the sound ? and when its on 13 e on the jsc channels its just a blank screen ? any ideas ? thanx chris

sorry chaps .... well i thought i fixed it think its my gift ? some channels are working then some are not but changed gifts for a test and then it worked ?
