first flash tried same error, trying a different flash now

Hi

CM: It will error out, you just need to keep trying cos its got corrupted somehow before. You dont know the history of the box so dont know whats been done before but if flash has got corrupted then just keep trying to erase till its successful, might take a few attempts. At this stage dont try to flash an image just erase from dreamup.

If you want the pli image I got let me know but you have got to get to erase successful first.

Are you using lappie or desktop, think remember you saying its a dedicated com port that right.

mast im using my desktop and windows 7 on com1

i am erasing the image correctly? open dreamup, flash erase?

and yeah ill try your image... anything to fix it

when i click flash erase, red light flashes and get the following log

17:30:46 erasing complete flash (without bmon stage of course)...
17:31:28 OK, flash erased

Brill erase it again a few times while I look for the image.

the lights on the board for ethernet light up and flash... but carnt find it on my network using dreambox control

mast, tried that image and it went abit different, normally that error would show straight after the upload, but with your image it hung for about 1 min then said the error
