How to obtain a Sky Half Price Discount Code?

Hi everyone,

I am new to digital-kaos so I'd like to introduce myself and thank you in advance for answering this thread.

I am about to move into new accommodation and would like to get a Sky TV & Broadband package but simply can't afford to pay for it (i.e. line the pockets of the modern day Premiership footballer). I have heard that one can get discount codes that cuts the price in half but where can I find these codes? I don't mind paying for it but if its free then I'd obviously prefer that.

i think you get a free code when you've made your 1.000.000 post

the way you get sky half price is find someone who works for sky and get them to send friends and family discount code !!!!

i got mine last month and i get 1/2 price sky tv, 1/2 price hd pack, 1/2 price extra box subscrition !!!

line rental £12 and unlimited broadband £7.50

I have the half price full package HD, you need a friends and family code. Which if you know someone then your sorted ask them when they are about.
I was told by the person iknow they can get codes when avaliable but are at a premium,"they don't get many codes".lots of people looking for them all the time and everywhere(google etc,try to get one or accept the deals widely avaliable?yet loads of people on here want one

at the moment there are only codes for 1/2 price sky ( all channels , movies, sport e.t.c but not HD ones ) also they credit your account £50 so get that and add the HD channels, and over 6 month that will cost you £28.60 a month for the 6 month

or do without the HD and get it for £18.50 a month ( that still includes the £50 they put in your account.

i did this yesterday, got another 6 month out of them, but i chose to have HD channels too

i phoned to cancel, about 3 weeks ago now, they tried to talk me into staying like the deal i said above ( without the £50 to my account ) 2 weeks later i was offered the £50 from a phone call from the Sky team..

they have different departments and one of them is a promotion code department, so they do have codes , but apparently this one is the best deal they have at the moment.

well it got to be worth another 6 month for half price or near enough.

i am getting all channels , also the HD ones and it is working out about £28.50 a month

i even asked if i could stay on this permanently and was more or less told to **** off
