500c not finding sky box office?

hi guys my m8 was having bother getting the boxing last week he's in falkirk and he could not see it under sky box office or live events or ppv? i told him to do a scan and it still did not find it. ? i think he's getting all of his other chann but now that. i told him to try it on 6952 but i am not sure if it's still on 6952 or what. please can someone advise me on this.

Sky Box Office won't appear with a normal scan. You need to add it manually.
