Could someone please tell me the best hard disk to purchase for dreambox 600 will a umda 100 work with the umda 66 controller.

Any IDE 2.5" one will work. I just ordered a 160GB one.

Yes it will. Any ide 2.5" drive should be fine. I have not heard of anyone having problems with any particular model - not like with the older 7000s models which could be picky due to power supply problems.
