blank screen !!! help

Hope some one can help me, my most frequently used channel (nick jr 2) for the kids obviously

has stopped working the channel is still there but no audio or video. I can still view my epg etc everything seems to be in place apart from the most important part. I have tried scanning and my mate who stays in the next street says his is working fine, any help would be a much appreciated.

no its just the one m8 I checked all channels and as far as i can c they all seem to be fine

Your mates in the next street who`s works, can you get him to check the frequency its on.
Go onto that channel, then menu, setup, scan choose manual and enter the same frequency as your mates.

Try that

sounds strange for just 1 channel to go do you pay for your cable?

so they shouldnt of moved your feed in the box.

do you have a good signal in general do you get any break up ect

I get a good signal on all channels and it still looks as if im getting a good signal on this channel too but no picture its weird I know

i did as aftermath said got my m8s stream info but i cannot enter all the info in my manual scan details below

provider is 52c (ok)

video pid 002ch (44d) this where I encounter problems I can only enter 002c in box can anyone tell me whats wrong

i meant just the frequency , ie 00155 , just change this to the same as your mates, then scan that one alone, see if it comes back. Tick the box to the right of it.

Maybe there messing with things in your area , and your losing out.

where do i find the frequency for the channel? on my mates box

ok guys eventually i have sorted it I tried this earlier and it didnt work but for some reason it now works I just went to all services and deleted the channel, into bouqets and deleted the channel then done a bruteforce scan it worked a treat thanks guys for all your help.
