DM500 Booster that needs no config = No channels

I had BBC Three a few weeks ago and now its disappear so i played with my Gain Control on my KONG (Yellow) Booster and now i can't get any channels at all the signal is all 60% odd. Is there any booster on ebay when needs no configuration. Ones that Plug it in and it work.

Of any idea of how to get my channels back. For those who have the yellow booster is the yellow bits suppose to come out or have i **** it up?
