DM500 DM500C seems to be rebooting

Hi folks, would appreciate some advice. I bought a known faulty 500C pretty cheap hoping I could repair but no luck so far. When powered up box will run perfectly happily for hours and then decide to reboot continuously. Does this with several different images. If left off for a couple of hours will then run again for a while. Tried different PSU, no obvious problems on PCB. Any known issues with networking hardware in these boxes because behaves a little differently if network disabled. Any suggestions ? If I give up on this box how reliable are the Blackbox units, don'y really want to buy a clone and can't afford a 600.

The clone dm500 and dm600 are fine. I have both an original dm600 and clone dm500 & dm600 and couldn't tell the difference between the boxes.
