dreamup getting com error

Using dreamup to try and update the image and am getting an com error and it shuts down.
using it via network and have checked the ip settings
Any ideas?

dreamup only works with a null cable m8 ...l think

ignore that,
just realised that even though its using the network, you still need to select an com port

not sure if this is correct? did you get it working now?
I found null modem is the best for flashing as network will cut off once the erase start
get the null modem cable from Maplin or market stall £3 to £10.....
