I am just hoping I get them before Christmas. I was aware it may take 4-5 weeks but thats ok as I dont need them right away but I will be chasing them up next week by entering a support ticket on the website and emailing them, may not help but I may aswell pester them if no movement.

I did a lot of reading up on them before I ordered and have yet to find any post where they didnt send the box out, it may take a while and they may be saying they are in stock when they are not but they always arrive from what I have read). Maybe they wait untl they have a load of deliveries and their postage costs go down for bulk, they still charge us the same but they are quids in....that is only a guess though.

btw m8, let us know of any updates, I intend to do the same. I will post the date ordered, date confirmed shipped and date arrived, just for others to see.

Yup, I think maybe they wait till so many orders are in before they run a batch or something. My order for 2 sat boxes took a while but got them about 3 weeks after order. Yes they are slow, but I got what I think is a good quality box. Had an issue with a remote and they sent a replacement out pretty quick with no request for a return of the dodgy one. For the price I really can't complain.

He seems like a really nice guy and very helpful to me, I shoudl of ordered of him in the first place I think.

Just got this back

Hi,

Just found out there are over 200 boxes stuck in customs due to DVBMonkey trying to help avoid UK agents pay taxes. They are due to be released any day now. Half have gone today. Hope this helps.

Regards
