    Default Enigma V Neutrino

Now, I know that this has been debated for a long time so I would like to ask the members a question
    What is your reference.
I personally, have always been used to neutrino ( the Bouquets interface) comfortable with that, cannot be bothered with pressing more buttons that I have to

    Your input please

I have tried a number of both images over the years, and in the end, don't really notice that much difference between them. They both show the same channels with the same quality so I don't think it matters.

In the early days, I would always download every image and put it on. I would end up putting on 2-3 a month. I spent more time messing around with the box than watching tele.

I took a step back. Looked at what channels we watched, made sure I could get them on the image I had, (with obvious key roll issues excepted) and decided to stick with that image. I have now had that image for over 8 months. It's stable, I get the channels I want, and I can do what I wanted from the box, which is watch the channels I want.

The image I use is ...........

It doesn't matter. Just find the one that has the channels you need, and stick with it.

    If it ain't broke......

Ebro is spot on...... I prefer neutrino personally, just cause the menu's are a tad more user friendly. Every box has it's own "personality"... so if you find an image thats stable, doesn't freeze, chirp, or play up in general and you can watch what you want, stick with that.......

ive always preferred neutrino over enigma, probably because ive had my dbox2 (more neutrino support than enigma) a lot longer than my dreambox.. neutrino interface and gui is much simpler to use (especially the Bouquets system) but enigma more "bling bling" with interchangeable skins..

dreamboxes should have more neutrino based images in my opinion

Had Neutrino now for over 2 years, did try DW image once and ditched it for some reason. I was going to try the DK image this weekend but may bottle it. So which is the latest Neutrino as mine is getting on a bit now?
and has anyone got a full channel list for VM W Sussex area

I prefer neutrino but then I came from the dbox2 so am used to neutrino.

Neutrino will get service type 0's in a scan instead of discarding them like enigma so don't need to edit files to get sky box office.

The latest neutrino's have cydines fast scanning and bouquet/service are interchangable with dbox2 neutrino files.

I do believe that there is no better one between neutrino and enigma it is a matter of personnal preference or as with me I an just plain used to neutrino.

Rudbox are no longer the only ones making neutrino images, now the knowledge of howto is available I'm expecting to see a few people making them now.
