Help With Dm500c

Hi,

I have two dm500c's and one of them never seems to auto update. All the settings are the same as on my working dm500c but i cannot see what is wrong with it.
The only difference in the two boxes is the one that auto-updates has a RF input and the non-updating box has a F plug input.
Both are using the same image Digital kaos v1.1

Any help with this would be very appreciated.
