Hi.
Is there any updated information on how to watch dreambox program on Vista PC?　I have tested dreamview but it cant work on my vista.

You can do it using webinterface and vlc, just loaded and now watchin tv on laptop running vista.

Dreambox image pli jade

vlc 8.6

Ensure on installing that the mozilla plugin is ticked too(if using mozilla)

To access webinterface type in ip of dreambox in browser, then go to web-x-tv.

Thanks I got it working but it is so jerky, I am not able to watch at all

I am not sure if it is due to poor LAN connection or not. Anyway thanks

reduce your screen size in the web tv screen, as mine is near perfect

I have done all this, ie download latest vlc player, have managd to log into my box thru address bar. I log in and click on zap then press on web-x-tv. The first time it asked me to verify it to run active x control which i accepted.. Now it opens the screen but the box is just blank, nothing showing. Please help somebody

i use FISCstream v1.9 beta all you need to set this up is your dreambox ip username and password and works like a dream with no probs on my vista lappy

I have just thanked you on yo other post. The FISCstream works absolutely fantastic. and the picture quality is fantastic. Im using that now when i am at home. How about when i want to watch from outside my home lan,ie to say when im away from home, how do i get it to work(vlc)

Have you tried running vlc rape alongside vlc m8. worked for me
