how to install an image onto cf card

just wondering how to install new images straight onto my cf card using barry allan i have a dm7025

i have lts fifth campaign in flash can i install directly onto flash with barry allan from my computer using ftp or is there another way

yes mate by the thanks very much im flashing that to the box now 38mins is there a quiker way than null modem cable

yes got hdd and cf because i am manually messing about with the box im wondering if i can install a few images onto the cf card at the same time for looking through at my leisure

earlier i put the nabilo image in flash i couldn't find how to back it up to cf card i have managed it with gemini and the LT image although i will now get rid of the gemini one but i wouldnt mind having a few like oozon ect on my cf card

is the only way to install in flash then save to cf card or am i missing something
