I need help on my DM500

Hi is there anyone can help me?I was told dm500 is autoroll for the all channels.but some of the channels were found unavailable.it will prompt out "pls insert your smartcard" I thought it was cardless?? Can anyone help me how to unlock those channels?I just bought the box. Thanks...

these cable boxes have been out of action for a while now due to n3 by vigin media, another poster has said that they are working elsewhere but the info is not readily available on the internet as to its fix. so sorry but you have bought a freeview box

All my Addons has been changed and the
Cam and the Cccam 2.1.3 are not shown anymore.
I have a DM500S and it worked good for the last 4 months. Will you kindly help me in re-install back these Cams which presently are showing Cam (0) in the Addons? Thanks!
