Hi guy's I was thinking of trying out the Pli Iolite image ...

    Default Iolite or Jade

    Hi guy's I was thinking of trying out the Pli Iolite image on my DM600c is there any difference in that from Pli Jade image or are they much the same.

    Thats the only 2 I've tried,
    I liked iolite but jade has the pause live
    tv option fixed so thats the one I'm using

    They both work very well, I'm just using the newest one.. Jade.

    No point in having a hard drive with no pause!

    The most annoying thing about the images is you have to switch modes to get your coloured buttons to acts as play/pause/ff/rew, which can get confusing.

    However you can remap the yellow and blue buttons, and now I have my yellow button set to pause regardless of the mode you are in.

    using Jade for the past 3 months, no major issues at all .. seems stable . only slight niggle I have is with the webx tv - somedays streaming is solid with no freezes or anything, other days streaming to same machine seems to be hit and miss with picture freezing every few minutes

    may need to upgrade my home lan to gigabit then

    Cheers guy's until a newer image comes out I'll just stick to jade.
