lost channels

both me and my brother have lost our xxx sports and a few xxx movie channels tonight ,just black screen tried rebooting and restarting cam but still no luck we on vm in south east ,any ideas?

Ok here in central south, perhaps network problems are causing it.

thanks that was the problem i think ive woke up this morning and all channels back ( i panicked to soon )
