DM500 Lost channels on dreambox 500c (virgin med)

Hi,

Have a problem with my channels on 500c, am not getting some channels like stv, channel 4. But am still getting sky movies ? am using Digital Worldz Dream Neutrino V 2.0 can anyone help.

seems to have hit all glasgow ex ntl boxes

done a scan and reboot and still not working

try looking in all services m8 they may be in there

Same here, just rescan and they all come back

i found mines after a rescan, but film 4 and film 4+1 have blank screen and service could not be found message, even lists whats on the channel etc, can anyone help with this please ?

could it be that i need to add them on a new frequency ?

now noticed that the discovery channel etc are not there either, I'm now running yet another scan, its like what happens before a major hit happens, gradually some channels go off then they all go off.

I'm not sure though, will report back after this new scan is done in few minutes.

lost a few channels on mine and my brothers last week,then yesterday they all dissappeared,no scanning could bring them back,so i reflashed my back up image and all up and running,im in se kent and this is the second time its happened in the last four months..strange

done another scan and some of the discovery channels are still not showing, they are there but not showing, and same with film4 and film4+1, thats the only ones i can see that are off just now.

i have had people who are in the exact same area as me check this on they'r hacked boxs (not dreambox's though) and the channels are fine with them.

As Ted said. look in the all channels list (go into a bouquet and press the red button), scan down the list and see if the blank/missing channels are there. You may need to copy the working version of the channels to your bouquets.
